## Structure

Every email should have:
1. **Subject line** - Clear, specific, under 60 characters
2. **Opening** - Context or reference (1 sentence)
3. **Body** - Key message, organized by topic (2-4 short paragraphs)
4. **Call to action** - Specific next step with timeline
5. **Sign-off** - Professional, matches the tone

## Tone guidelines

- **Professional** (default) - Clear, direct, respectful
- **Casual** - Friendly, conversational, still clear
- **Formal** - Conservative, detailed, no contractions
- **Follow-up** - Brief, reference previous context, gentle nudge

## Example usage

## Rules

- Never use more than 3 paragraphs for standard emails
